Photographs of Your Property
Because we install PIV units that interact with your electrical system, we ask customers to supply photographs of the fuse board (consumer unit), loft space, and installation location before we quote. These images are used solely to:
- Assess whether the installation can proceed safely and in compliance with current wiring regulations
- Identify whether remedial work is needed (such as a fused spur or RCD upgrade)
- Prepare an accurate quotation
- Brief our installation engineer before attendance
Photographs are stored securely within our customer management system and are retained in line with the retention periods set out below. They are not used for marketing, shared publicly, or passed to unrelated third parties.

- Payment and Direct Debit records — 7 years (as required by HMRC and financial regulations)
- Cookie consent records — 12 months (then consent is re-requested)
- Analytics data — As per Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months)
- Server/access logs — 30 days (managed by our hosting providers)
